How long will the flowers stay fresh after delivery?
We take great care in sourcing only the freshest, high-quality flowers to ensure your arrangement lasts as long as possible. Typically, our bouquets remain fresh for 5 to 7 days with proper care. To extend their life, we recommend trimming the stems every two days, changing the water daily, and keeping the arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. Each order comes with care instructions to help you enjoy your blooms for longer.
Can I customize my bouquet or flower arrangement?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating customized floral arrangements that suit your personal style, theme, and occasion. Whether it’s for a birthday, wedding, romantic surprise, or sympathy gesture, our florists are happy to work with your color preferences, flower types, and budget. You can either call us directly or leave customization notes during checkout. We believe every bouquet should be as unique as the person receiving it.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cut-off time (usually before 12 PM). This service is ideal for last-minute gifts, surprises, or urgent occasions. Please note that same-day delivery is subject to flower availability and the delivery area. For best results, we recommend calling us to confirm availability and ensure your order reaches its destination on time and in perfect condition.
What happens if the recipient is not at home during delivery?
If the recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery, our delivery team will take every measure to ensure the flowers are left in a safe, shaded, and secure location. If that’s not possible, we’ll contact the recipient (or you) to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time. We also leave a message or card letting them know a special delivery attempt was made. Our priority is to ensure the flowers are received in the best condition.
